What is VoiceReminder.AI?

VoiceReminder.AI turns your voice into smart reminders, notes and calendar events. You speak naturally — “meeting with the parents on Thursday at 5:30 pm” — and the app understands the date, the time and the context, then reminds you at exactly the right moment.

It works in 25 languages, is free to start, and runs on Android and on the web.

Why we built it

The idea was born in the moments when typing is impossible: driving, pushing a stroller, carrying shopping bags, walking out of a meeting with your head full of things you must not forget. In those moments your voice is the only tool you have free — so we decided it should be enough.

Most reminder apps make you stop what you are doing: open the calendar, choose the date, pick the hour, type the text. We wanted the opposite — you press one button, say what is on your mind, and get on with your life.

Privacy comes first

Reminders and notes can contain some of the most personal details of your life. That is why, on supported phones, speech is transcribed directly on your device — the audio never leaves your phone. When on-device transcription is not available, the audio is processed on our servers only to produce the text, and we do not build advertising profiles from your content.

Who we are

VoiceReminder.AI is built by a small independent team based in Romania, in the European Union. We started this project because we needed it ourselves — and we still use it every day. Being small means we move fast, read every message, and care about the details.
