1. Acceptance of terms

By using the voicereminder.ai website and the VoiceReminder AI app (the "Service"), operated by VoiceReminder.AI (contact@voicereminder.ai), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

VoiceReminder AI turns your voice into reminders, notes and calendar events. Your content is stored locally on your device. Voice transcription runs on-device (where supported) or on our servers, in which case audio is processed transiently and deleted immediately.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity in your account. The minimum age is 16. You can request account deletion at any time (in the app or at voicereminder.ai/delete-account).

4. Acceptable use

You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorised access to systems or data; disrupt operation (attacks, overloading, abusive scraping); decompile or copy the Service beyond what the law permits.

5. Your content

Content you create (reminders, notes, recordings) belongs to you. Because it is stored locally, you are responsible for keeping it and backing it up (the app provides export).

6. Intellectual property

The Service, brand, design and code belong to VoiceReminder.AI. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use.

7. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Notifications can be delayed or blocked by phone settings (battery saving, Do Not Disturb, etc.). Do not rely on the Service as your only alert method for critical, medical or safety situations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months (the basic Service being free, this may be zero). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where required by law.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with its update date. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the new version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law and the law of the European Union. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Romania, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
